Learn how to respond appropriately to reports of harassment or discrimination.

Strong policies and cultural norms around a no harassment work environment are dependent upon leaders responding knowledgably and consistently to any instances that may arise. This session focuses on training leaders and managers to respond appropriately to reports of harassment or discrimination. Empowering management to lead a no harassment workplace requires the foundational skill sets and resources to understand what that means and how to make that expectation clear. Leaders will gain skills in how to best address situations that can be handled internally as well as responding to investigations with proper knowledge and resources – including when to call in an attorney or HR firm.
